Welcome to the ACT Now Governor's Signing page! The ACT Now Bill was passed unanimously in the Illinois Senate. The ACT Now Steering Committee believes that having an official signing ceremony for the bill will allow us to showcase the value of after school programs and Illinois' leadership on the issue.
